We work with our friends and neighbors in the beloved Kentucky bourbon industry to source quality feedstuffs for our pork and cattle. This delicious, nutrient-dense bourbon-mash feed – a byproduct of the distilling process – makes our meat more tender and more flavorful than anything you’ve ever tasted. 

But it’s not all about taste. We’re farmers at heart. We have been for 60 years. And at the end of the day, that means taking care of our animals, the land, and the environment. With this bourbon mash, we eliminate waste and create a greener, more sustainable farming practice.

We understand that the quality of meat can vary depending on the season, which is why we constantly adjust our selection to guarantee the freshest cuts all year round.

To guarantee freshness, we ship our boxes on Mondays and Tuesdays. Your box will arrive within 1-3 days after it ships, depending on your location. depending on your location. Any orders placed Wednesday – Sunday will be shipped at the start of the following week. 

When you place an order, we’ll set you up with tracking information from UPS so you can keep an eye on your shipment in the works!

We take great care to ensure that the meat you receive is of the highest quality and freshness. That’s why we freeze our meats immediately after they are cut to lock in their freshness and flavor.

Our meats are then carefully packaged in freezer bags and then placed in insulated boxes lined with gel freezer packs. All this guarantees your meat will maintain the optimal temperature during the journey to your doorstep.

We schedule our shipments to ensure that they arrive with plenty of time for you to enjoy them at their freshest. This is why we only ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays.
